What We Need
  • Setup of professional social media profile(s) consistent with the Organization’s brand messaging in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
  • Training for the Organization’s staff on how to manage social media account(s)
Additional Details

We have a Facebook page but I would like assistance on HOW TO make it OUTSTANDING and draw people to us, draw volunteers and let our community see what we do and WHY they want to be volunteer and/or financially support this non-profit. We also have a new Youth Program. I post on the same sight but would like to reach teens and young adults.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have Face Book account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ONE person who is managing our social media, ME,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to inform our community of our services that give them another avenue to resolve disputes with greater input and more affordable to do so.

Increase volunteers, increased awareness to our community of our services and advantages to call us first before moving towards costly litigation and empowering our community to has input into decisions that directly affect them. Increase awareness of our Youth Program... get us into the schools!

Project Plan

Prep: Information Gathering and Goal Setting
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss the Organization's goals, target audience, and preferred social media channels (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares existing website, marketing messages for branding purposes, branding materials, logo and/or key images
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager agree on the best social media platform(s) to use
Milestone 1: Social Media Account Setup
  • Professional establishes social media accounts, completes “About Us” pages, and uploads logo and/or key images
  • Professional links the Organization’s website to the social media accounts (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
Milestone 2: Social Media Training and Handover
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to manage social media accounts and answers any questions
