Customer Database (CRM) Setup

Project Details

What We Need
  • Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
  • A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
  • Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional Details

We need assistance deciding which CRM is right for us, setting it up, and learning how to use it.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a nonprofit salesforce license, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have excel sheets with our existing data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to dedicate more resources to our brand new street medicine program, where we bring medical care to those on the streets.

We want to keep track of our donors so that we can communicate with them the way they like to communicate. We want to be able to express our gratitude, and make sure our stories about how their donation helps us impact lives get through to them. A CRM will help us keep track of when and how donors have given, so we can make sure we thank them in a timely manner, and follow up with them when appropriate. It will help us to show all our donors that we value them.

Our Mission

We bring to life gospel values of justice, love, compassion and hope, through services, empowerment and advocacy.

What We Do

We offer:
Homeless Outreach, Diversion, Rapid Re-housing, Veterans' Services, Housing First, Permanent Supportive Housing, Emergency Shelter, and more.

You may have heard about our micro shelters for lava evacuees that were built in 30 days during the 2018 eruption of the Kilauea volcano.

We're currently working to open "Ohana Zones," which are essentially creative solutions to homelessness that use a community's resources to meet its needs. See the link to find out how we're turning an old hospital into a shelter!

We also are working to address a major cause of homelessness on our island--a lack of affordable housing. We're currently raising $40,000 to build a prototype modular home, that we hope will become a new option for people looking for affordable housing.
